Pudding Chocolate Mousse is delicious and fresh, these recipes make it:
Materials
1 packet gelatin (white color)
1/2 cup fresh milk
3 egg whites
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons cocoa powder and a pinch of salt
1 cup granulated sugar
How
Pour the milk in a saucepan, pour the gelatin,
cocoa powder, granulated sugar and egg yolks then stir until blended and give a little salt and strain.
Bring to a boil on top of stove on medium heat while stirring constantly.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Jelly boiling last poured on Whisk egg whites while mixing slowly until blended well.
Then pour in the mold of gelatin that has been previously moistened with cold water.

Mix the egg yolks with 1 cup fresh milk, sugar to taste, according to taste, and bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring constantly.
